Goodwin, Dodgers Deep Six Kittatinny
Running back scored six touchdowns in the final home game of the regular season.
The football team used an enormous game from Justin Goodwin to spring board them to a lopsided victory–and their first shutout of the season–against Kittatiny on Friday night, 38-0. The win ran their unbeaten streak to 19 games during Senior Night at the final home game of the regular season. This one was never close as the stingy Madison defense wouldn't allow the Cougars any way to score.

THEY SAID IT
“We had to come out and work hard. This could have been our last home game, so we had to win. Hopefully we'll get that home-field advantage (in the playoffs).”–Goodwin
“Our line did great again. They blocked hard, opened up some holes, and I found the lanes.”–Goodwin
"Once again, the line did their job. So when they do their job, I do my job. The O-line did great."–Goodwin, when asked if he ever dreamed of having a day like that.
UP NEXT–Newton next Saturday at Newton High School, 1 p.m.
