Lone Eagle Composite Squadron, CAP, at POW/MIA Remembrance Vigil
Lone Eagle Composite Squadron, CAP, participated in 2023 POW/MIA Remembrance Vigil at the All-Veterans Memorial, 30 Flanders Rd, Flanders,NJ

On Saturday, September 16th, the above members of Lone Eagle Composite Squadron, NJ Wing, Civil Air Patrol, participated in the 2023 POW/MIA Remembrance Vigil at the All-Veteran's Memorial, 30 Flanders Rd, Flanders, NJ. There, they read the names from a catalog of POW/MIA names from 1 PM to 2 PM. This was part of the Vigil from 4 PM on Friday, 15 Sep, to 4 PM on Saturday, 16 Sep. At the end of the Lone Eagle Composite Squadron’s hour, each member struck the POW/MIA Bell.
The Lone Eagle Composite Squadron meets on Wednesday nights at the Morristown National Guard Armory, 430 Western Ave, Morristown, NJ. CAP missions include providing search emergency services, aerospace education, and a cadet leadership program. Youth can join as cadets at age twelve and adults can join as senior members starting at age 19.
