"Building a Better Running Program: Improve Your Speed and Prevent Injury"

Dr. Jackie Levowsky will present on the topic of building a better running program that improves your speed and better prevents injury. She will provide education on strength programs, dynamic stretching and injury prevention management.

Jackie went to The College of New Jersey where she majored in Health and Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. At TCNJ she was a four year member of their women’s varsity soccer team. After graduating from TCNJ she went on to attend Drexel University and received her doctorate inPhysical Therapy while holding the position as President of the Physical Therapy Club. Jackie is certified in Dry Needling, Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and BTE Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) Levels I-III. She is currently pursuing the McKenzie certification and is published in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research. Jackie remains enthusiastic about treating all populations and diagnoses and specializes in post-surgical cases.
