Health Coaches from Back to Basics Wellness will present “5-Step Plan to Prevent or Reverse Heart Disease”at 11:30 am Thursday, February 18th, in the monthly “Lunch and Learn” series at Whole Foods Market at 222 Main St. Madison. The monthly series is co-sponsored by Hollenbach Family Chiropractic of 250 Main St. in Madison. Since February is healthy heart month, the founders of Back to Basic Wellness will be demonstrating the “5-Step Plan to Prevent or Reverse Heart Disease.” Participants will be educated on how they may alter their diet and lifestyle to optimize heart health; heart disease effects 1 in 4 people in the US.
