Lisa Lederer will present about the profession of midwifery. She will share its history and philosophy, as well as the different types in the US today. Lisa will also explain how the Midwives function as part of the healthcare team and how they can care for women throughout their lives.
Lisa Lederer is a Certified Nurse Midwife. She has become an expert in waterbirth, lactation consulting and homebirth, which she has expanded into her own private practice.
