Lunch and Learn at Whole Foods Market: "Yoga Myth-Busters"

On Thursday, July 14th at 11:30 am Hollenbach Family Chiropractic will be hosting a Lunch and Learn series at Whole Foods Market, at 222 Main Street in Madison, NJ.

Omni Kitts Ferrara will present this month’s lunch and learn series, "Yoga Myth-Busters".

Omni is the CEO of Yoga Mechanics. In this Lunch and Learn lecture, Omni will myth bust about Yoga. Questions like, “Do I have to be flexible? Is it spiritual? What can I expect?” are common inquiries she finds with new practitioners. She will give a brief and relevant background about the history and benefits of this physical practice. This is for anyone who has been curious about Yoga and would like to know more information about what it can offer including the risks and value of the work.

Omni teaches over 200 students a week and runs both the 200 hour and 300 hour teacher training programs. Omni is an ERYT-500, RCYT and RYPT with Yoga Alliance and has over 3000 (always growing) of training and over 13 years of Yoga Teaching experience. Omni graduated magna cum laude with a BFA in Dance from Montclair State University and still has the privilege of dancing professionally to this day. Her next venture is to pursue her Masters in Bio-mechanism. She aims to provide an inviting space for everybody to consider themselves deeply. Through kinesthetic awareness and bio-mechanical information, she educates, empowers and engages her students in their bodies and lives.
