Madison Crowns Car Show Winners

PBA #92 and the Madison Chamber of Commerce chose top entrees out of 98 applicants.

MADISON, NJ - Nearly 100 car enthusiasts submitted their rides for consideration as part of Madison's Bottle Hill Day as part of the annual car show Oct. 6. Ninety-eight car enthusiasts entered their vehicles into competition and 77 special awards were presented in various categories.

The event's main sponsor was Madison Tire & Auto Repair. The judges unanimously awarded this year’s Best in Show Award to Doug Lowrie of Milford, wwith a custom 1955 cinnamon bronze Chevy Convertible. The Best in Show Award was sponsored by Sal Toto of Pine Manor Associates, Green Village.

Second place was awarded to Dave Teed of Califon, NJ with a 1971 Blue Boss 351. Third place was awarded to Holly Turczyn of Warren, NJ with a highly detailed and flamed 2003 Chevy Corvette.

The Madison Area Chamber of Commerce, PBA #92 Annual Car Show featured DJ Wolfman Jerry Burst who provided music of the 50’s, 60’s & 70’s. Artists and pin stripers, Glen Design and Paul Weisgerber were there to pin stripe and letter vehicles and the Madison Fire Department provided food.

"We appreciate the dedication and support of all of those who make this annual event a success." said Peter Daniele, Car Show 2018 chairman. "Without them, and the generosity of our sponsors and town merchants, the car show cannot enjoy the success and enthusiasm it experiences each year at Bottle Hill Day. "
