Madison Education Foundation Accepts $750 Madison Rotary Grant

Madison, NJ (July 21, 2017) –The Madison Education Foundation (MEF) is proud to announce a grant of $750 from the Madison Rotary. On June 22, 2017, James Greene, Chair of Charitable Distribution Committee for the Madison Rotary, presented the grant to Clare Sievers, President of the Madison Education Foundation, at a breakfast held at the Madison YMCA.“MEF is honored to receive this grant from the Madison Rotary which recognizes MEF as exemplifying the Rotary motto: Service Above Self.”

“We are impressed with the work MEF does for the educational community,” states Greene. “In supporting MEF, we are supporting education which is what the Rotary has been doing since its inception in 1905.” MEF awarded over $140,000 in grants across all five Madison public schools last year alone.
