Madison Employees Who Go The Extra Mile Honored
Madison employees who provide outstanding customer service were chosen by the public for the recognition.
MADISON, NJ - The Madison Area Chamber of Commerce 2019 Extra Mile Award winners, chosen by the general public were given to a pair of local employees at the Chamber’s Annual Awards Dinner on June 4 at Brooklake Country Club, 139 Brooklake Rd., Florham Park.
The “Extra Mile Award” recognizes Madison employees who provide outstanding customer service and is the only Chamber honor determined by the general public.
This year honored two individuals, Greg Kleiman of the Max Challenge Madison, 35 Main St. and Steven Phillips of Alfred's Sport Shop, 32 Main St.
"Both of our award winners successfully lead by example and exceed the highest standards of customer service," said Chamber executive director Karen Giambra. "Madison is lucky to have them."

Co-owner of Stewart-Morris Awards, Gifts & Flags and president of the Chamber John Morris said. the spirit of this award is embodied in the employees and entrepreneurs who work so very hard in Madison's businesses.
"They provide superior customer service everyday and make doing business in Madison a unique, pleasurable and rewarding experience," said Morris. "The Extra Mile Award gives these fine business people the public recognition they deserve."
