Madison High School Senior Recognized

Madison High School Senior, Emma Andersson, named semifinalist in the 2019 National Merit Scholarship Program.
Emma Andersson, senior at Madison High School, has been announced as a semifinalist in the
National Merit Scholarship Program. Emma is one of 16,000 semifinalists in the 64th annual
National Merit Scholarship Program. Emma will have the opportunity to continue in the
competition for some 7,500 National Merit Scholarships worth more than $3 million. Emma is
pictured above with Madison High School Principal, Greg Robertson. Brett Levine, Director of
School Counseling states, “We are very proud of Emma and her accomplishment. In addition to
being an exemplary student Emma has the highest character. We wish her the best of luck as she
progresses through the scholarship competition.”
