Madison Man Sexually Assaulted Teen: Prosecutor
The man was introduced to the teen through a family member, officials said.
MADISON, NJ — A Madison man has been charged with multiple counts after allegedly sexually assaulting a teenager, Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp said.
Juan Chavez Osorio, age 18, was charged with multiple counts of sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child on Wednesday. According to Knapp, Osorio "engaged in numerous sexual acts" with a 13-year-old he met through a family member.
Osorio is being held at the Morris County Correctional Facility in accordance with Criminal Justice Reform.
