MADISON, NJ — The polls are closed in Madison, and with all districts reporting in the Democrats are leading in the mayor and council races. Two candidates are leading in the race for school board as well.

The candidates in bold are the ones leading with all districts reporting in and results are unofficial until confirmed by the election clerk.

Democrat Robert Conley (2,594 or 60.66 percent of the total vote)
Republican Robert G. Catalanello (1,682 or 39.34 percent of the total vote)
