Man Accused of Selling Drugs From Home Next to High School
Arrest comes after two-month investigation.

A borough man was charged Tuesday with alleged possession of marijuana with intent to distribute from his home adjacent to the Madison High School.
Det. John Miscia arrested and charged Andrew A. Rowen, 25, at about 6:40 p.m., with second-degree possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park, third-degree possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and fourth-degree possession of marijuana over 50 grams.
The arrest followed a two-month investigation that found marijuana was allegedly being packaged and sold from Rowen’s residence at 44 Canterbury Road, adjacent to .
The Madison Police Department executed a search warrant on the residence and Rowen was taken into custody without incident.

Assisting with the investigation was the Madison Police Detective Bureau, Madison Patrolmen Ken Shannon and Craig Perrelli, and Morris County Sheriff’s K-9 Unit. Rowen was remanded to the Morris County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail and is awaiting his first court appearance.
