Madison Rotary Seeking Donations to Food and Snack Drive
Deirdre's House, center for victims of child abuse, is seeking donations for its food drive.

The Madison Rotary Club is leading a food and snack drive for Deirdre’s House in Morristown.
Deirdre’s House is a 501c3 non-profit agency and the center in Morris County for victims of child abuse, neglect and for children who have witnessed domestic violence. Deirdre’s House is the only site in Morris County where a child victim can be interviewed and digitally recorded by law enforcement, medically examined and treated by a pediatric abuse specialist and clinically counseled in English or Spanish, according to a news release from the Madison Rotary. Two thousand children and families were processed last year.
The food and snack drive is seeking donations for children who attend the center each day, before they return home, often to an empty food pantry.
