Main Street Paving Set for Wednesday Night and More Local Roadwork Updates
Plan an alternate route when traveling on Main Street Thursday night and Sept. 3. Read on for information on street, sidewalk improvements.

The borough will be completing a paving project on Main Street over night on August 27 and Sept. 3, the day before Madison students return to school. The roadwork efforts, which were originally scheduled for earlier this month, are expected to be completed before Madison youth return to the classroom a week from Thursday.
Additional road improvements in town include the resurfacing of local roads along with curb and drainage improvements around North Street. Residents in this area can learn more about these improvements here.
The Borough of Madison announced on the borough’s website today that residents and business owners who wish to repair damaged public sidewalks can apply for a partial reimbursement program. Applicants may qualify for a reimbursement of up to $15 per square yard. Click here to learn more.
