Memorial Day Parades, Events In Morris County
Here is a list of all the Memorial Day events in Morris County:
MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Memorial Day marks the unofficial start of summer, with a plenty of special events to enjoy with the family, so don your red, white, and blue and honor the brave men and women who have given their lives to preserve our freedom.
This Memorial Day, there will be several commemorations, parades and events in Morris County to honor them.
A ceremony will be held on the lawn of the Morristown Court House on Wednesday, May 25, to honor and pay tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our liberty. The ceremony begins at noon.

Morris Plains will host a parade on May 28. The annual service will be held at Roberts Garden, which is located at the intersection of Glenbrook Road and Mountain Way. The parade starts at 9:30 a.m.
On May 28, at 12 p.m., Washington Township Recreation will hold a Memorial Day ceremony at Rock Spring Park in Long Valley. Combat veteran and retired US Army officer Brian Bergen will deliver the keynote address.

A memorial service will be held in Chester on May 30. The ceremony will be held at the Maysey Memorial on Main Street in the Borough's center. Anyone who has served or is currently serving in the United States Armed Forces is invited to walk in the procession, which will begin at 10:45 a.m. at the Gazebo on Main Street.
On May 30 at 9 a.m., Madison Borough will hold a Memorial Day celebration and parade. The celebration will begin with a memorial service at James Park. The parade will then proceed down Main Street, then Greenwood Avenue, and finally Kings Road.
