Learn mindfulness meditation in 4 sessions with a qualified, experienced teacher. Mind Training for Everyone will be held Tuesday evenings in June from 7:30 - 9:00pm (Jun 2, 9, 16, 23). This course will be led by Patrick Briody. Patrick brings a wide variety of experience from the corporate, creative, and contemplative communities. As an executive on Wall Street, Patrick has been responsible for large technology organizations around the world, and mentored many through the challenges typical of this environment. He has been a dedicated student and practitioner of mindfulness meditation for over a decade and has attended many intensive mindfulness retreats with a number of highly experienced teachers throughout the years. He has also completed a 92-hour teacher development intensive training taught by senior staff from the UMass Medical School Center for Mindfulness.
