MISSING PET PARROT

'Aussie' flew away from her New Providence home around 3pm on Saturday, August 16th.

She was last seen flying over the Passaic River, heading northeast towards the trees on the Chatham side.

‘Aussie’ is a female gray cockatiel: around 12” long, with a crested head, orange cheek patches, dark grey plumage and, white on her wings.

If you hear a very loud, sharp, shrill insistent whistle in your yard, please look to see if its her. She will be lost and afraid, so please don’t approach her...just call Peter Arts at 908-337-7977.

Should she fly towards you, don’t be afraid...Aussie is very affectionate and does not bite.

Please offer her some bread, if you have any; and, some water in a dish. Just put them on the ground for her.

Thanks, in advance.
