More Than 100 Ladies Spent The Night Out In Madison

Annual shopping event last Thursday was a boon for local business, organizers said.

MADISON, NJ - Madison welcomed well over 100 ladies at their annual Ladies Night Out on Thursday, May 9 where many came to shop, dine, visit with their favorite shop owners and spend a fun evening out with friends.

"Ladies Night has always been a night our businesses look forward to." said Chamber's Executive Director Karen Giambra. "And each year we welcome new faces and lots of smiles."

More than 30 businesses in the downtown area participated and offered special discounts, refreshments, demonstrations and much more. Stitch Boutique, 12 Waverly Pl., Madison Mud Clay Studio, 6 Main St. and Morris Animal Inn, 20 Sand Spring Rd., Morristown were the evening's sponsors.

The first 100 registrants received a gift bag filled with products, coupons and other goodies donated by the Madison businesses. Those who registered also received a list of participating businesses and their special offers of the evening.

Registration began promptly at 5:30 p.m. at La La Land Hair & Beauty Room, 36 Main St. In addition, a wine & cheese tasting was offered at registration by Gary's Wine & Marketplace, 121 Main St.
