In order to help doctors make the most informed decisions regarding where to practice, WalletHub’s analysts compared doctors from the 50 states across 11 key metrics.
And on its list, New Jersey ranked fifth from the bottom - 46th overall - on a list of states with the best-to-worst doctors.

The site, which provides data analysis on variety of topics, provides a data set ranging from “physicians’ mean annual wage” to “number of physicians per capita” to “malpractice award payouts per capita.
