New Market Vendor Is Serving Up Fresh Lobster Rolls In Madison

MADISON, NJ — Those craving a taste of New England seafood won't have far to go thanks to Cousins Maine Lobster's return to the Madison Farmers Market this week.

According to an announcement from the Madison Area Chamber of Commerce, Cousins Maine Lobster will be back at the Madison Farmers Market this week, serving their premium Maine lobster entrees.

On Thursday, September 1, the Farmers Market will be held at Dodge Field, 49 Central Avenue, and Cousins Maine Lobster will have a truck stationed there from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Menu staples from Cousins Maine Lobster include their traditional Maine roll, which features Maine lobster, served chilled with mayo, on a New England roll, with a lemon wedge.

Customers can place their orders at the truck, but they are also encouraged to order from the Cousins Maine Lobster mobile app, according to officials.
