Hosbach said while she loves performing her greatest achievement is the level of professionalism of her teaching staff, the talent level of all the students, as well as having the #1 dance studio in Morris County.

Former student and current instructor Melissa DeSalvo said NBDC has been her second home for 25 years and counting.

"I started as a student at three-years-old and grew up learning from some of the best teachers. NBDC has given me so much more than dance lessons, though- it helped me develop self-confidence, taught me how to work hard and practice time management, taught me how to be a good teammate, gave me a great group of friends, gave me a place to feel like I can be myself, and today, it has given me students of my own," DeSalvo said. "NBDC is more than just a dance studio it is a family and I am lucky to be part of it. It truly helped shape me into the person I am today."
