Original Play By Drew Students Premiering In NYC
Don't want to travel into the city? Check it out in Madison the next weekend.

From Drew University: Tectonic Theater Project, best known for its production of The Laramie Project—one of the most performed plays in America today—mentored Drew University students to create 4320p: Immersion, an original play that will premiere in New York City.
The play, directed by senior Madeleine Blossom, centers around technology and the curated self, exploring themes such as how we create our identities within social media versus in reality. The show takes place in a Virtual Reality competition show 15 years in the future.
During the fall semester, Drew theatre students took a weekly class in N.Y.C. where they studied with Tectonic members Barbara Pitts McAdams and Scott Barrow. Drew’s Semester on N.Y. Theatre enables junior and senior theatre students to explore Tectonic’s technique of Moment Work, and then to create a fully realized production using what they learned.
