Police Arrest Driver Wanted on Multiple Warrants

The following arrest information was supplied by the Madison Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

On June 17 at 3:15 p.m., Ptl. Chad Rybka arrested Jenise Locket, 35, of Elizabeth on the strength of traffic warrants issued by Union Municipal Court and Jersey City Municipal Court. Rybka initially stopped Locket for a motor vehicle violation on Main Street. He ran a computer check on her name and was alerted that there was traffic arrest warrants for her totaling $220 dollars. She was taken to headquarters for processing and released pending mandatory court appearances in Union and Jersey City courts. Locket was also issued a motor vehicle summons for failure to inspect her vehicle.

The Madison Police Department, , and responded to approximately nine medical emergencies during the week.

Police investigated six motor vehicle crashes during the week.
