Man 'Acting Suspiciously' Arrested Outside Boro Hall
Police: Green Village resident discovered to have several outstanding warrants.

A man who police say was "acting suspiciously" outside borough hall refused to give his name and found to be wanted for several outstanding warrants, said Monday.
Scott Cuskaden, 39, of Green Village was arrested by Det./Lt. Jerry Mantone on Nov. 1 at about 5:15 p.m.
Mantone said Cuskaden was “acting suspiciously” and refused to give his name. After a short field investigation, Mantone discovered there were arrest warrants from the West Orange Municipal Court for $2,500 for failure to appear, $1,000 from the Orange Municipal Court and $750 from Summit Municipal Court.

Cuskaden was taken to headquarters for processing and was released to West Orange authorities pending a mandatory court appearance. Patrolman Jim Cavezza assisted with the arrest.
