Police: Woman Tried to Obtain Oxycodone With False Prescription
The following arrest information was supplied by the Madison Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

The arrested two individuals last week in connection with separate alleged DUI and prescription fraud cases.
Patrolman Kevin Boone arrested Louis Albanese, 79, of Cedar Grove, on Saturday at about 4:50 p.m., and charged him with driving under the influence.
Boone was investigating a report of a person driving on Prospect Street with a flat tire, and stopped the vehicle on Green Avenue, police said. The officer determined that the driver, Albanese, was allegedly operating his vehicle under the influence of alcohol, police said.

The man was taken to headquarters for processing and released to a family member pending a court appearance. Sgt. John Miscia assisted with the arrest.
Earlier that day, Patrolmn Chad Rybka arrested Jalisa Gibbs, 20, of Springfield, at about 12:10 p.m., and charged her with prescription fraud and forgery.

Rybka was called to a local pharmacy by the store owner who determined that Gibbs was trying to obtain Oxycodone with a false prescription, police said. After a field investigation, Rybka determined that the prescription was allegedly false and forged, police said.
Gibbs was taken to headquarters for processing and then to the Morris County Correction Facility in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Patrolman Luis Goncalves had conducted a prior investigation in November and issued an arrest warrant for Gibbs for attempting to obtain narcotics with a false prescription at the same pharmacy. A court appearance is pending for Gibbs.
The , , and responded to 15 medical emergencies. The police investigated seven motor vehicle crashes during the week.
