'Suspicious' Activity By School Leads To Drug Bust: Madison Cops
Nasir R. Love was arrested near Central Avenue School, police said.
MADISON, NJ - An 18-year-old Madison man was arrested and charged with drug possession after an incident with police on March 28, according to the Madison Police Department.
According to authorities, Patrolman Travis Daniel was checking on suspicious activity behind Central Avenue School when he met with Nasir R. Love.
While speaking with Love, Daniel immediately observed obvious signs of drug use in
plain view, police said. After an investigation, Love was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and he was arrested on scene, police said. He was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, a disorderly person’s offense, police said.

Love was released pending a court appearance in Madison Municipal Court.
