Suspicious Vehicle Leads To Drug Arrest: Madison Police
Samuel Govern was arrested after an investigation, police said.

MADISON, NJ - A 19-year-old Hamilton Township man was arrested and charged drug possession after an investigation on Dec. 10, police said.
According to authorities, Corporal Kevin Boone was dispatched to the parking lot of 17 Park Avenue for a suspicious vehicle report. Upon arrival, Boone located the vehicle, a 1998 white Jeep and while speaking with the driver, Govern, Boone observed signs of drug use within Govern’s vehicle, police said.
Following an investigation, Govern was found to be in possession of a small quantity of suspected marijuana. He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, a disorderly person’s offense. He was later released pending a court appearance in Madison Municipal Court, police said.
