Anyone notice the new basal foliage replacing the leggy old wood of established Hydrangeas? Don't hydrangeas bloom best following really cold winters? What happened? I think I'm going to take the plunge and cut the old wood back.
Also, anyone else have a black aphid-like infestation that's causing the leaves to curl under?
