Exciting News! It's time to clean out your closets. The Thursday Morning Club is looking for new or gently used cocktail dresses, gowns, fancy pantsuits, and tuxedos for their prom attire collection drive. In addition, we are collecting evening purses, and gently used strappy sandals, pumps, and high heels.
We are spreading the word and we hope you do too! Please ask your children and grandchildren to help us with this endeavor. We have enlisted the help of the Madison High School Key Club to collect the dresses, pantsuits and accessories.
We will be collecting all items during the months of February and March. Please drop items off at the Madison Community House located at 25 Cook Ave., Madison. Our goal is to hold a “Prom Boutique” allowing all high school teens who might not attend their prom, due to cost factors, to come to our event and choose their cost-free items.
