Learn how to repurpose your stress! Breakthroughs in brain training and neuroscience have created interesting opportunities to connect with your better nature. According to Patricia Miller, “the ability to direct the mind may be the most important basic tool for survival in the 21st century.” She will explain how, with simple exercises and practice, you can decrease stress and increase a sense of mental calm and clarity. Given the pervasive angry and destructive dialog that has become a commonplace occurrence today, brain training offers a rational, transformational means to deal with such stressors.
