Traffic Stop Turns Up Heroin, Needles: Madison Police Department
One of the men had heroin, police said.
MADISON, NJ— Two Pennsylvania men were arrested for hypodermic needles found during a traffic stop, Madison Police said.
Joseph J. Rydell, 26 and Addison C. Parrelli, 27 both of Bangor, PA, were pulled over of Route 24 for an equipment violation on Dec. 16.
During the traffic stop, police saw signs of drug use, and the pair were arrested.

Rydell was charged with possession of heroin, possession of hypodermic needles and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Parelli was charged with possession of hypodermic needles and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both were released pending a court date.
