These are free, federal and state funded programs that helps low income clients to pay for natural gas or electric bill. Applications are evaluated by household size, monthly gross income, and other documents. Specially trained staff will be able to assist anyone that comes to any of MCOHA's offices in Dover, Morristown, or Butler.
