'Unwanted Guest' Charged With Trespassing: Madison Cops

Dominique D. Johnson was arrested after an altercation on Jan. 4.

MADISON, NJ - A 22-year-old Sellersville, Pa. woman was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing on Jan. 4, according to the Madison Police Department.

According to officials, Patrolman Matthew Mirabella was dispatched to a Madison Avenue location for an unwanted guest.

Upon arrival, Mirabella spoke with witnesses that advised Dominique D. Johnson had previously been warned not to return to the location, police said. She was subsequently arrested and charged with defiant trespassing, a petty disorderly person’s offense, police said.

She was later released pending a court appearance in Madison Municipal Court.
