Woman Made $5K In Fradulent Charges At Madison Wine Cellar: Cops
Joyell J. Goad was arrested for crimes that spanned from October 2017 through January 2018, police said.
MADISON, NJ - A 41-year-old Madison woman was arrested and charged with fraudulent use of credit cards on Feb, 7, according to the Madison Police Department.
According to authorities, Detective Ken Shannon arrested Joyell J. Goad at the conclusion of his investigation into several credit card fraud incidents that occurred in Madison from
October 2017 to January 2018 at the Madison Wine Cellar. T
Goad had allegedly utilized two victim’s credit cards without their authority totaling charges over $5,000, police said.

Following an investigation, Goad was charged with two counts of 3rd degree fraudulent use of credit cards, police said.
She was released pending her court appearance in Morris County Superior Court.
