Shortly after, as part of the council's consent agenda resolutions, the governing body passed a measure that provides for a shared service agreement with the Madison YMCA for the reconstruction of the lot.
According to borough attorney Matthew Giaccobe, it’s a shared parking facility, and the proposed lot will be constructed under a sharing arrangement with the YMCA, which will contribute 80 percent of the cost.
