Co-Worker Charged With Mahwah Man’s Murder
A 56-year-old man has been identified as the victim in a shooting on Avenue A in Mahwah. His co-worker is charged with murder.

MAHWAH, NJ — A 23-year-old gas station employee faces a murder charge after his 56-year-old co-worker was found dead on Monday night, the Bergen County Prosecutor said.
Milan Ghimire, 23, is charged with murder, unlawful weapon possession and tampering with evidence after the prosecutor said he shot and killed 56-year-old Phu Tsewang at 26 Avenue A in Mahwah, where Ghimire lived.

Mahwah police responded to the scene at 9:44 p.m. on Monday to find Tsewang "deceased from multiple gunshot wounds."
Ghimire was identified as the suspect in the shooting, and was later found in the Bronx, New York, and apprehended by the New York Police Department Emergency Services Unit.

The charges were announced on Tuesday, and Ghimire is being held in New York, pending extradition to New Jersey, the prosecutor said.
