3 Men Allegedly Sexually Assaulted 'Incapacitated' Woman

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Three men were arrested after a woman reported being sexually assaulted in East Rutherford Monday.
Rene Jimenez, 29, Luis Tenecela, 20, and Emeterio Castelan, 25, were arrested Tuesday and remanded to the Bergen County Jail, said acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo.
East Rutherford Police contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit and reported responding to a 911 call from a woman who was sexually assaulted, Calo said.

An investigation revealed that Jimenez, Tenecela and Castelan sexually assaulted the woman while she was "incapacitated and physically helpless," Calo said.
Jimenez, Tenecela and Castelan were each charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault of a person who is physically helpless or mentally incapacitated. A detention hearing is scheduled for Monday at 8 a.m., Calo said.
