4th Whole Foods In Bergen County Opens

The establishment features in-store dining, a coffee bar, deli, and all-vegetarian section.

The fourth Whole Foods Market in Bergen County is now open.

The 41,000-square-foot store in the newly-redesigned Closter Plaza opened Wednesday morning. It features all of the amenities found in other Whole Foods stores, including in-store dining and a coffee bar. Exclusive to the store is the Vegta Bowl area, featuring a wide selection of vegetarian food, and a Jewish-style deli. An outdoor seating area features a fire pit.

“The store has been eight years in the making and we’re excited to finally join the Closter community,” said Ron Brennan, the store's team leader. “The residents have been extremely welcoming and we’re excited to arrive just in time for the fall and holiday seasons."
