Bergen Man Charged With Possession Of Child Porn
James B. O'Connor, 53, used the internet to look at pictures of juvenile females, authorities said.

A Bergen County man was charged with possession of child pornography after authorities determined he used the internet to look at pictures of juvenile females, said Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal.
James B. O'Connor, 53, a divorced construction worker, was arrested after the prosecutor's office Cyber Crimes Task Force executed a search warrant at his Montvale home Thursday, Grewal said.
Thte search was part of a months-long investigation related to child pornograpy on the internet. The investigation revealed that O'Connor accessed and viewed images of juvenile females using the internet, Grewal said.

O'Connor was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, to wit: possession of child pornography, the acting prosecutor said.
O'Connor was charged via a summons and was released on his own recognizance pending his first appearance in Bergen County Central Judicial Processing Court Wednesday at 8:30 a.m., Gurbir said.

In related news, another Bergen County man, Daniel W. Bui, was charged with possession of child pornography. That charge was filed as the result of a separate investigation by the prosecutor's office.
