Bergen Man Had Kiddie Porn Of Little Girls: Prosecutor
Richard T. Proctor, 59, allegedly used the Internet to view image of prepubescent and pubescent girls.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A county man was charged with possession of child pornography during an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.
Richard T. Proctor, 59, was arrested Wednesday after members of the prosecutor's office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at his Hackensack apartment, said Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal. The warrant was executed during an investigation related to images of child pornography on the Internet.
Proctor allegedly used the Internet to access and view images of prepubescent and pubescent girls, Grewal said.

Proctor was charged with third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, possession of child pornography. He was released on his own recognizance pending a first appearance in Bergen County Central Judicial Processing Court May 31.
