Bergenfield Man Drowns At Mahwah Lake: Sheriff
The Bergen County Sheriff's Office confirmed that a Bergenfield man drowned while swimming at Ramapo Valley County Reservation on Saturday.

MAHWAH, NJ — A Bergenfield man drowned while swimming in the lake at the Ramapo Valley County Reservation on Saturday, authorities say.
The man was reported missing at 6:30 p.m., when police and rescue teams were called in to search for him, according to the Bergen County Sheriff's Office.
His body was eventually discovered, and was located with aid from the drone of an emergency responder.

Divers brought the body back to land, and it was turned over to the local medical examiner, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Mahwah Police assisted in the search, according to the department.
