Body Left In Curbside Container In Bergen County: Prosecutor
The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office confirmed they're investigating after Ridgefield Park police discovered human remains Friday morning.
RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ — Local police discovered human remains that were stuffed in a container and left on the curb Friday morning in Ridgefield Park, the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office confirmed.
Police responded to the area at 10:38 a.m. Friday on a report of a suspicious container that was left in the area of Hobart Street and Teaneck Road.
Officers found a "large plastic container" upon arrival, and found the body upon inspecting it.

The Major Crimes Unit and Ridgefield Park police are investigating the circumstances of the death and where the container came from, the prosecutor's office announced.
No other information has been released as of 4 p.m. on Friday.
