BREAKING: 'Suspicious' Package Partially Closes Bergen Community College, Prompts Evacuation

A suspicious package has closed a portion of a N.J. community college.

Bergen Community College officials say they’ve closed the area near the front of the student center at main campus.

Bergen County Sheriff’s officers are responding. Areas near the package have been evacuated as a precaution. Classes are still in session.

The Office of Public Safety says it will update the college community when clear.
