CycleBar Opens Second Bergen County Studio
The indoor cycling franchise is located in The Shoppes at DePiero Farm in Montvale.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — CycleBar, an indoor cycling franchise, opened a second Bergen County franchise recently.
The premier indoor cycling franchise's newest location is next to Wegman's in The Shoppes at DePiero Farm in Montvale. It opened Jan. 2.
Paramus resident Carin Karolin-Zellman, a former automotive communications professional, owns and manages the business. She was inspired to start her own CycleBar franchise after she served as a team captain for Cycle For Survival and a close family member died from pediatric lymphoma.

"My corporate career was no longer as satisfying as helping others," Zellman said. "As soon as I decided to switch gears, I stumbled upon CycleBar and it couldn't have been more perfect."

The franchise features a variety of class packages for groups of people, organizations, foundations and unions who want to give back through the company's philanthropic CycleGiving initiative.
The Montvale location will host a variety of themed rides. Riders are provided with individual stats after every ride and a list of the music played during their ride. The franchise also offers complimentary shoes, water bottles, snacks, towels, showers and lockers.
Zellman said she not only wants to help riders achieve their personal health and fitness goals, she wants to give back to people in need.
"I hung up my suit, put on my cleats and I'm not looking back," Zellman said.
