Christine DeLeon will perform at Carmel Retreat's upcoming Dinner & Music event on Sunday, June 12.

Christine discovered the joys of singing in a church choir at the age of 8 and followed that interest into her school and volunteer chorus groups. She began her own songwriting in her teens and, after more than twenty years exploring that creative path, she was chosen as a winner of the 2008 New Jersey Folk Festival Songwriting Competition. With her guitar, her versatile voice and a solid connection with audiences of many musical tastes, Christine DeLeon can be counted among the most talented of our local artists.
