Winterfest Finale

The Mahwah Regional Chamber of Commerce will conclude its eight-week WinterFest with a Finale celebration at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 28, at the Mahwah Senior Center, 475 Corporate Drive in Mahwah.  The event will include a visit by Mr. Snowman, prizes for the children’s coloring contest winners, entertainment, and a ceremonial extinguishing of the Veterans Tree lights. Refreshments will follow, and admission is free.

Created by the Chamber in collaboration with the Township of Mahwah and local businesses, WinterFest celebrated the season with a wide variety of family-friendly activities, including contests for all ages, charity drives, dining events, and the first-ever intercultural dance spectacular, showcasing the region’s remarkable cultural diversity.  The theme for this year’s festival was “supporting our military moms and troops,” and part of the proceeds received from sponsorships and fundraising events will go to the Mahwah Marine Moms-North Jersey Military Moms, the Chamber’s Organization of the Year, and for maintaining the beautiful LED lights on the Veterans Tree.
