UPDATE: FedEx Truck Overturns On Route 287

No injuries were reported and FedEx teams were at the scene to reload packages onto other FedEx vehicles.

Exit 66 on Route 287 has been opened after a FedEx tractor trailer overturned in Mahwah Monday morning, originally causing Exit 66 to close.

The FedEx driver ”lost control, busted through a side rail, came down an embankment and landed on a ramp to southbound 17,” PIX11 reported.

According to NJ.com, FedEx teams had arrived just before 10 a.m. to reload packages onto other trucks.

Mahwah Mayor Laforet sent a nixle alert telling commuters to “expect delays during morning commute [and] follow detour into New York State to access Route 17.”

No injuries were reported, according to NorthJersey.com.
