The sun shone bright as the first Morristown Jazz and Blues festival was held on the green Saturday. Hundreds of people heard the music in what might grow to an annual event.
Rusty Paul, son of the legendary guitar player and innovator Les Paul and former Mahwah resident, opened the festival at noon and continued into the night.
