Police found cocaine, a weapon, and thousands of dollars in cash at Charles Bleasby's home in the Fardale section of town, authorities said.

A Mahwah man was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine following a monthlong investigation by authorities, police said.

Charles Bleasby, 52, was charged after police searched his home in the Fardale section of town and found two ounces of cocaine, crack, other narcotics, a weapon, several thousands of dollars in cash, and drug paraphernalia, Mahwah Police Chief James Batelli said Wednesday.

Mahwah Police detectives conducted a monthlong investigation into Bleasby that included “surveillance and intelligence gathering,” Batelli said.
